pretty little things

tiny progress

my goal is to have the tiny house cleaned out and reorganized by the new year.

i'm about 7 hours in and here's what i've accomplished so far:

 

i have finished relocating the TV and computer

rearranging all the furniture and am just now beginning

 to stuff the nooks and crannies  with all of my fabric and felt.

i think i'll take a tea and cookie break now.

...hoping to get my second wind this afternoon...

a tangle of twinkles

not much time for christmas decorations this year

 

but i did manage to toss a tangle of twinkling lights in the kitchen window. 

...perfectly simple and sweet...

we had so much fun this weekend at renegade.

here is a shot of my booth from day 2 a slightly different set up than day 1.

we are SO beat after 2 fun filled days of meetin and greetin.

anyways i have reopened the shop with new markdowns to make room for new stuff and i will be adding more through the end of the year so check back if you want to get a special gift for yourself. we all know those are the best kind:)

anyways, i have a ton of unpacking to do and it's gloomy and rainy and cold on this shortest day of the year...i am looking forward to the days growing longer and working on some new designs for winter and spring.

RENEGADE

i will be at RENEGADE in SF on saturday and sunday.

i am even going to try and make her a kissing booth for the occasion.

whirlwind

there are piles on every single surface. i kid you not!!

i can't wait to get everything cleaned up and packed away.

but i'm still knee deep in making stuff

  

i need to make about a dozen more rosy pony clusters 

which translates into hand cutting and stitching about 40 rosettes

...i need to stitch all these owls closed and add feet...

all of these striped cups need to get transformed 

 

into these sweet wristlet pincushions

i have about 7 more prickly pears to go

 

 

and i still need to finish my tree skirt

i haven't even started pricing or making any signs.

oh and i need to sew my banner and finish about a dozen polly birds

also,i bought some candy colored kitchen sponges 

and i want to try to make a display for these

...i mean the list goes on and on...

i can't believe i only have 2 more days!!

AND did i mention i'm going to see the nutcracker tomorrow night?

it's like a whilrwind!!

anyways, my shop will close tomorrow morning and remain closed through the beginning of next week so if you have had your heart set on something special...now's the time to get it:)

i'll try to pop in and say hi once more before this weekend

and i hope those of you who live in near SF bay will come say hi on saturday or sunday.
