pretty little things

makin a list

...and crossing things off one by one...

i just finished a batch of these fancy felt feather plumes over the weekend.

 

perfect for scribbling secret love notes 

or jotting down a last minute list for santa.

they are made to slip over any ordinary ball point pen.

it took me a couple of tries to get all the details just right, but i absolutely LOVE the way they turned out. and i already have a list of other things i wanna make...for the pens AND with the feathers.

anyways, i still need to shoot a few pics before i can add them to the shop.

i have a looong overdue hair appt in the morning, 

but i will add them in the afternoon:)

EDIT: 

my hair appt went longer than i expected 

and the lighting is atrocious for taking pics. 

so i will have to add these babies on wednesday instead.

it's beginning...

we woke up to a blanket of snow this morning

 

which is very exciting since it hardly EVER snows here in the SF bay area

 

we will sometimes get a sprinkling up here in the oakland hills,

 
  
but nothing ever sticks for long.

 of course i ran all around the house

anyways, i am freezing my buns off out here in the tiny house...so i need to go and thaw out by the heater with matilda, but i'll be back in a little while to show you some new fantastic stocking stuffers!
